Redbull and a Chapstick (Original) and she's good to go.   A great fitness trainer gets to know you and let's you know them.   Those of us benefitting from her level of expertise learned that if we met her halfway, success was inevitable.   We may have complained - but she never did. Her influence has resulted in countless physical transformations which is no small thing for people desperate to be healthier and happier.  How was it possible that she maintained a level of energy and positivity day-in and day-out that most of us can only talk about.  Her sharp intellect (which she denies) and comedic timing kept our routines from being anything but routine.  She may not understand just how much we all love her - for her expertise - yes, but for being a "larger than life" figure helping us meet the new day, or end a long, hard day with crunches and a smile.

Thank you for your extraordinary drive, commitment and friendship.   You will be missed, so here's to your continued success in your new endeavors!
